Happy Trails Adventure Club

After aerial reconnaissance, spotting several old ruins, we ventured to this ridge in Roses to dig in. We were all rewarded with several treasures. Two old Blankenheym Gin bottles, found by Sharie & Chris, Pad Lock, found by James, (double duty as chastity belt), Jim R. found numerous old bottles and I found a funky brown bottle with two puzzling knobs sticking out at the top.
We must have stumbled through 10 old ruins, had to be an old village of some sort. They were heavy drinkers of soda pop, left their bottles everywhere. After rubbing off some of the grime and belting down some cold drinks we headed to the Outer Edge.

Kayaking Galloway

Put in near Galloway Landing. My iPhone took its second dip in the sea.... :(. Not sure how many more times it will survive.

Kayaking Diamond Crystal

Had our own little Eco Tour up a man-made canal in the Diamond Crystal area. There are tons of Strombus shells, all kinds of variations. Believe the shells were dug up when they made the canal.

St. Paul Anglican Church

After a visit here, we yoga ladies went to Galloway for our second beach adventure.

St. Paul's Anglican Church

Father Jerome designed this church in 1908, later converted to Catholicism and built Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic church. Stopped here on Emily's Day - an early birthday celebration.
