Water - Wow!

They started digging with the back hoe around 8:15 Tuesday morning and before noon we officially had city water. Right now it smells like the glue they for used for the pipe connections, but it will fade soon.
We still have cistern water that we can switch over to if needed.
I kept the little guy entertained while his father was working, put him in a barrel.

    Hi Cheryl and Chris, Love looking at your pictures. It looks like things are improving on the island. Love the furniture collection, very coastal. Your painting is beautiful. John says it is the best painting you've ever done! We are finishing up "Annie", it has been one of the toughest shows to complete in a long while. I am pooped. Three more days and I can call it quits. Looks like your having fun and enjoying retirement. I don't know about ditch digging but the water will be nice to have. No more worries. Take care don't hurt the back and keep the pictures coming.
