I had a fine day beachcombing! The net float and bottle were found in relatively close proximity to one another (~30'), both in seemingly unlikely positions, high up and even just beyond a very rocky, slabby beach profile. The net float should be named "Houdini" because it miraculously avoided almost certain destruction. The rope knots doubtless helped in survival. The Underheym & Nolet bottle was actually under and between slabs in a small pocket.
