The guy's facial hair is getting longer....lack of hot water in the apartment is making it difficult for a lot of things, like showers, dish washing etc. We are developing creative ways to bath. The last straw was when the towel rack flew off the wall and knocked Kevin in the head. Beginning to think this place us out to get us.
