Gale Force Winds & Rain

Ok, Ok, I knew it would be bad, but today I'm ready to break.......two days out of 20, the only half way decent sun. &$(-!!?/:' :(. :(
No wonder these people were fighting a the time - going mad!!!
I have on several layers under my rain coat.
