These are magpie shells, among the sturdiest houses for hermit crabs. I copied the idea from Penny and John, to number the shells, deposit on a mobile home lot and let the hermit crabs pick out a new home. K-1 is the biggest shell, although I know it should be K-2. I've seen enormous hermit crabs dragging around these huge shells.
