Elaine Casteel - Dubois Artist

Elaine runs a store called "Cowboy Junkie" filled with wonderful antique cowboy paraphernalia. She is also an accomplished artist. She makes canvas floor clothes decorated in many different styles, some with petroglyphs, Indian rug motifs, western wild life and Audubon flowers. On one of her paintings She used caulking to build up Aspen tree trunks and crackle finish to make it appear like bark.
She is also a writer and a very nice person to boot!! Those Wyoming winters are extremely long, so she has lots to do to fill the time.
