Karli was the recipient of my beloved moussaka pan, she took on a huge responsibility by accepting "The Pan" - she continues to claim it is a paella pan but she's wrong. I'll bet as soon as I leave the country she will use it for paella.....oh well. Since Karli is a fabulous cook I guess I'll let it go..
