Today in Mountain Kitchen

In our last two episodes of MK we reviewed the proper preparation of poisonous mushrooms and smoked trout pickles. (Please see eternalsummers.blogspot.com for more detailed information)
In this episode you will learn how to season your polenta with simple items you find on the floor, like dog hair and dust. Then I will show you how to blacken your polenta, don't worry about the fire department coming, we've done fire mitigation around the place.
A redeeming quality about Mountain Kitchen is the awesome view, notice the pushy humming birds that flock here. Hmmmm, anybody have a recipe for stuffed humming bird?
