Bus Ride to Arequipa

What an incredible ride, we reached altitudes above 14,000 feet. Much of the landscape was reminiscent of the western US. Except for huge herds of llamas and wild Vicunas, it looked like Utah.
Downside was the unbelievable amount of trash, poverty and desolation. One photo displays a roof constructed with layers of trash, would make Earthship people proud.
