Santiago - Blow Fish

Insane, these lights are really Blow Fish. This crazy restaurant had a Navy Ship Theme. All the waiters wore middies - all sorts of sea paraphernalia decorated the place . I ordered consommé which came flambé - couldn't figure that out. Waiter had to put it out With a napkin wrapped around the bowl. Food was actually good.
Kids were all over the place. Chileans kind of let kids on free range.
