The president of Colombia was in town, police everywhere plus helicopters circling the parade area. They had several streets blocked off. Not sure if the parade was In honor of the president or what. We just happened to be walking toward the market and noticed the parade. One of the stilt walkers was down and a bunch of guys had to pull her back up.
