Loading Up - Conception Island

The tide was really low, plus there was no dock for easy access. We had to swim ashore. They put our gear in a dinghy and pulled it to the beach. We spent 3 hours on the island, We were all burnt to a crisp. Omar had a clever way of pulling us up on the boat, since there was no ladder.
It was a very long day. We started around 6:30 from our house. Boarded the boat at 8:30 didn't get back until 6:30 to Stella Maris Dock. It was so late we didn't have time to gussie up for dancing at Beach Bungalow. I went as is, had a good start on Dread Locks. We didn't get home until after 11....
