Pistachio - Capers - Pomegrante

Pistachios grow in clusters, handpicked, then outer shell removed, leaving the inner shell. Then they are soaked in a lemon salt mixture.
Capers, they throw these into their Greek salads, very tangy. They also use the leaves as garnish.
Pomegranate, starts as a bright pink flower. Tree here at our hotel.
